It is a Japanese tradition to watch sunrise on New Year's Day wishing for happiness and wellness for the new year.
I went for a drive and stopped my car along a road where I could have a clear view of sunrise. This photo may look like just an ordinary morning scene, but it was a glorious, unforgettable moment to me as I prayed for happiness and wellness for my family while watching sun coming up.
